Terms of Service for isopod shipping

All isopods are shipped USPS Priority or Overnight/Express via USPS Priority Express or FedEx at the discretion of the buyer.  FedEx is our preferred overnight method of shipping since USPS Priority Express does not guarantee packages will overnight for all destinations.  This choice of express shipping is up to the buyer.  The buyer may request to have a package held at the post office.  Please make of note of this at checkout or email dartknightexotics@gmail.com after the order is placed.  

Hold for pickup is required for a live arrival guarantee.  If sending to another address is requested, please note that the LAG is no longer valid.  Orders are shipped Mondays at our discretion depending on weather conditions to ensure safe arrival.

The animals sent have a live arrival guarantee when sent hold for pickup at the post office.  If there is any issue, we need to be notified within 4 hours of delivery with pictures and a short video confirming any dead on arrivals.  After confirmation of DOA's a refund or replacement  will be issued.  The guarantee is for the number of isopods listed per group - i.e. "10 count" or "35+ count".  We occasionally provide extras to make up for any potential loss during shipping.  

The size and sexes of the isopods sent are unsexed juveniles unless specifically noted.
